Brazilian fashion springs out in Sao Paulo

There's more to Brazilian fashion than rubber flip-flops and sexy bikinis: Sao Paulo Fashion Week, now in its 10th year, kicked off their Spring/Summer '07 season at the Bienal, a modernist building nestled inside the lush Ibiraquera Park.

Brazil's top designers proved there's plenty to look forward to for summer 2007. Elegant sundresses in brilliant hues made a bold and beautiful impact on the runways as did the metallic-inspired creations that continue one of this year's hottest trends.
